Mix the dough with our active 100 year old sourdough starter so it gets that tangy, caramel-deep flavor a regular cookie can't touch.
Rest the dough overnight so the starter ferments the flour and the sugar pulls moisture in.
Fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, scoop big bakery-style portions, and bake fresh the day they go out.
